A delegation from the University of Zakho, the University of Duhok, and the University of Mosul, along with the representatives of the Universities of Garmian and Kova, participated in seminars and forum entitled “Professional Development on Special Needs Education in Iraqi Universities” in Germany. They were received by Dr. Ralph Bruder, President of the University of Oldenburg.

The University of Zakho delegation consisted of Dr. Nadhim S. Abdulaziz, President of the University of Zakho, and Dr. Karwan F Sami, Vice President for Students Affairs. The activity aimed to enhance the connections between the University of Zakho and the University of Oldenburg, especially in basic education fields, and to improve the teachers of the education sector in Kurdistan. In fact, Dr. Ralph Bruder exuberantly expressed his preparedness and cooperation.
